Documents Required
  • Photograph and copy of citizenship of the applicant/guarantor.
  • Copy of land ownership certificate (Lalpurja).
  • Copy of land transfer deed (Rajinama).
  • Original & copy of property location map (Blueprint).
  • Copy of boundary demarcation certificate (Char Killa Pramanit from ward office/VDC).
  • Copy of latest land revenue tax receipt (Malpot Receipt).
  • Income certifying document (Salary letter, Audited balance sheet, rental agreement).
  • Firm / company registration and PAN in case of business entities.
  • Certificate of “Construction Completed” certificate (Nirman Sampanna) from concerned Municipality/ VDC along with drawing plans.
